1. The service
TaqamHR is subscription software for HR, payroll, workforce deployment and client invoicing. These terms apply to every organisation that opens a workspace and to every user who signs in.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the users you invite, for keeping sign-in details secure, and for the accuracy of the data you enter. Administrators must use two-step sign-in.
3. Trial and subscription
New workspaces start with a 30-day trial. After that, fees are charged monthly according to your plan and the number of active workers. Prices exclude VAT.
4. Your data
You own your data. We process it only to provide the service and as described in our privacy policy. You can export it at any time and for 30 days after your subscription ends.
5. Government submissions
TaqamHR helps you prepare GOSI, WPS, Mudad, ZATCA and similar submissions. You remain responsible for reviewing them and for your obligations to those authorities.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, try to access other customers’ data, or disrupt the service.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, and may improve it over time. We will tell you in advance about changes that materially affect you.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
